Rooms need a thorough cleaning!!! The refrigerator in my room leaked water, giving off a bad smell!!! The intercom didn't work, making room service a hassle!!! Wi-Fi access is almost non-existent!!!

Food was lekker, truly Indian flavors! The staff were just chommies, so helpful and fun, especially Walter and David. Comfy beds made for a good night's sleep after the long days.

The WiFi was definitely not great, ag man, struggled to connect sometimes.

Nice hotel with great amenities, free wifi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff quickly solved my room issue even late at night. Highly recommend for a romantic escape!

The rooms are basic yet kept clean and tidy, with comfortable air conditioning and a good shower that's always hot. The food, particularly in the all-inclusive plan, is exceptionally good, providing plenty of tasty options throughout the day.

The room had limited storage space. I found myself living out of my suitcase. While the pool is a decent size, the sunbeds are scarce due to limited space—getting one requires an early wake-up. the WiFi is often unusable, which can be frustrating when you want to stay connected. though there are safe boxes, it's a hassle to remember to bring your own padlock.

I recently stayed at Santiago Beach Resort in a Standard Double Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious and featured a cozy living area with a tea/coffee maker, a comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony for enjoying the morning views. The dining experience was fantastic, showcasing authentic Indian flavors that enhanced our stay. The service was exceptional, especially during meal times with attentive staff.

The views from the balcony were breathtaking, adding a beautiful touch to the overall atmosphere. There was a sense of community amongst guests, and the activity options like table tennis were entertaining. the room furnishings felt outdated in contrast to the stunning surroundings.
